I hope this is not cheating, but it is something I picked up watching others do it. A lot of times I will sometimes mark a person before attacking for two reasons 1) It's easier to follow them to the ER after they get hospitalized & 2) others join in the attacking making it go quickly. More than half the time I end up getting the bounty and getting most of my dough back. Thats one of those that may sit on the line between cheating and strategy, but it works pretty well - especially against opponents that are much stronger than me.
