everytime i add 10 night clubs there disapering 10 sea front lot :s

It's the economy...

I have lost a few properties that way in update 1.01, however, in this update I have been property-loss free.

What version are you using?

I don't have much properties; I get attacked by other people almost constantly so having any cash on hand and not in the bank would be a huge drain for me :[

Don't know the particulars of your situation but I can tell you that your mob size can be a deterrent. People will be less likely to view you as their personal whipping boy if you have a large mob. Even if you haven't armed them all, just seeing the big number under your name will give them pause.

I have found that in this game people are looking for easy marks... If you don't look like one, you are less likely to be one.

I know in my mob when a weaker mobster is getting constantly pwned, they post a bulletin asking for help, and often it works.

Thanks, but it's really time-consuming to sit and spend hours entering in friend codes.

The reason you lots disappear is because:

It takes the lots to build the bigger area, thus the lot disappears and you get the bigger land.

Yea, like dakota said, the land tab sells land for you to buy property. so your paying money and that land to get the property.
