ROI (Return on Invesment) Spreadsheets for iMob. --- UPDATED v2

Hey if you need to know one thing ROI is the best way to decide what to buy.....

Downloads on this page - http://imob.krrose27.com/ROI/

1.Download either the Numbers (Mac OS X) or Excel (Windows) spreadsheet.
2.Unzip the document you downloaded.
3.Open with the appropriate program.
4.Under the "Number of Properties Owned" column change each property to the correct amount.
5.In the bottom right of the document there are 2 fields "Purchase Count" and "Hours to calculate ROI on". I purchase in groups of 10 and so should you, I also like to calculate on 24hrs.
6.After checking all this look under the "ROI" field; which ever one is the highest is your best choice for your purchase.
ALL OTHER FIELDS SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE!!

Does this count for the increase in prices with each purchase of a property? Plus the purchase of the requirement property increases as well, but then decreases are they are used.

Matt if you care to read the instructions you need to update the prices manually... I plan to work on something that could ask you to input how many you have bought but havent gotten around to it.....

Also as many who invest alot I always suggest buying in groups on change and should never hold more then 10 of each.

I read that, but I don't understand how you could update it because the previous properties were not purchased at that price, that's only for the latest. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the use of this spreadsheet, let me download it first

However I first need to figure the price increase for each purchase... Like shopping plazas is 75k..... And night clubs are 300k?

Hold on I'll post a quick list of everything in a minute. I have the app open so I can do it quickly.

Land Fill: +$500
Avenue: +$5,000
Uptown District: +$100,000
Sea Front Lot: +$400,000
Dock: +$6,000,000

Bed and Breakfast: +$1,000
Fast Food: +$2,500
Duplex: +$20,000
Motel: +$40,000
Shopping Plaza: +$75,00
Night Club: +$300,000
Casino: +$5,000,000

Those should be all right. If someone could double check or something that'd be great

hey can anyone confirm the base prices for lands?

None of these lists have the rise in cost of the properties. They don't cost the same each time.

If u would read this requires u to enter the prices... I have a new version which updates on number of bought BUT i need someone to confirm the original prices and what they increase by....

The file is extremely useful in my opinion. I happen to have a lot of money saved up in the bank and I went from making about 4-5 mil and hour to 15 mil an hour. I would recommend this to anyone.

I just updated it to v2..... It's easier to use and overall better.....
