Marking/Killing people

I am at a decent level, 16, and I put a hit on someone but nothing ever became of it. What happens when you do so? And how can I collect bounty on people? I guess I am kinda new at this type of game and would like some explanation so I can succeed farther in the game. Thanks.

If the person was dead, you the hit sometimes doesn't go through. Also there could be news lag and it wouldn't get to you for a while. Usually the person is still marked and killed though.

And to collect bounty click on the marked tab at the bottom of the app. The best way to do is that keep clicking between Marked and another tab fast until you see some hits come up. There will be a button next to each marked user that says attack. Pick your kill fast and be ready to attack them over and over again until they die.

^I agree with this, so far I have 592 bounty kills in the last week and a half. Although, it is slowing down a bit at now for me. Back at your level is probably a great time to go after bounties.
