What is the "dock" for?

It's an u ndeveloped lot you unlock at lvl 25 that costs 12,000,000 each (after purchasing 10 already) and returns 12000 per 54 minutes. There is no property that you can develop on the dock for more money like you can with all the other undeveloped lots. The income to pay ratio is pretty lame is it just for when the cost of buying all real property becomes so astronaumical that it's the best? This is all I can think of to give it some reason for having been put in the game but was wondering if there's some other reason like how you need a casino to do high stakes gambling....

Good question...i know later on in the game you can buy a boat as a vehicle, i'm not that far on yet but i am guessing that maybe you can buy something later on in the game to build on that site

You need it for a mission later on.

As a moderator of other forums, I simply suggest that you close topics that are answered elsewhere, hence newcomers will see all of the insightful information already posted here. If you search for the aforementioned questions, all the answers are there. The only thing that I have seen lately is the same questions being answered and the topics being left open for others to ask the same questions over and over. It's your forum, if you choose to allow this to occur, that is up to you. History tells me that those who post avidly and seek new information will choose another avenue in their pursuit rather than being bombarded with numerous posts regarding the same information over and over...

Allow me to elaborate...

The dock is used for a boat hijacking mission which requires:

One Bazooka (obtained at level 35, so take this into consideration when spending cash as the dock appears at Level 30)

One Jet Boat

One Dock

30 Energy

21 Mob Members

Payout = $500k to $900k
